The Stanleybet EasyGate application (“EasyGate”, “App”) is developed by Agesoft srl and published by Stanleybet Malta (“Stanleybet”, “we”), for use by the owners of Stanleybet’s franchised shops (“shops”).
This Privacy Notice describes the types of information that is collected by EasyGate, the purpose for the data collection, the data processing, the retention periods, the details of any data sharing and how you can exercise your rights.
This notice is for individuals (“you”, “your”) who either operate one or more Stanleybet retail terminal, or own or work in one of Stanleybet shops in Italy.
Stanleybet Malta Limited is a retail and online gaming operator in Italy, registered in Malta with company number C.25866. Stanleybet has shops throughout Italy, for retail betting.
Stanleybet Malta is part of the Stanleybet Group, a group of companies providing gaming products and services throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. The ultimate parent company is Stanleybet Holdings Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 06076739. Our other licensed companies are:

Stanleybet Malta is the data controller for the data collected by EasyGate. This means that we decide what personal information is collected from you and for what purpose.
EasyGate is an application developed and maintained by AgeSoft srl and used by Stanleybet Malta for its Retail business activities. It must be downloaded from the Google Play store and can only be accessed via authorised devices, by authorised individuals. Your service agreement document provides further information about authorised devices and other associated equipment.
Personal data is any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural, living individual.
We collect the following personal data about you through the EasyGate app, when you create an EasyGate account:
· Your first name
· Your surname
· Your fiscal code
Stanleybet can only process your personal data if there is a specific, explicit and legitimate reason. This is known as the lawful grounds for processing.
We collect your personal data so that we may fulfil our contract with you. As part of our service agreement, we require you to purchase and deploy certain information technology (IT) products and applications. This is so our products and services can be used in the shops, and so we may meet our legal obligations relating to anti-money-laundering (AML).

We do not process your personal data based on consent. It is a requirement of our service agreement for you to provide us with the information listed above. If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot fully meet our obligations under the agreement and cannot progress with the agreement.
Stanleybet does not, at the time of writing, use any form of profiling, automated processing or artificial intelligence (AI) to process the personal data referred to in this notice. Should that change, we will notify you and update this privacy notice accordingly.
We may share your information with the following parties:
· Other companies within the Stanleybet Group, so we can provide our services to you, and meet our contractual requirements to you.
· Gambling regulators or other law enforcement authorities such as the ADM (Italy) or MGA (Malta) so that we can meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Some of our Group companies are located within the United Kingdom (UK), which is classed as a ‘third country’ since the UK’s departure from the European Union (EU). Data sharing with third countries can only take place if appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy agreement between the EU and the third country, are in place. An adequacy agreement has been agreed between the EU and the UK.
Aside from the data sharing listed above, we do not share your personal data internationally, nor do we share your information for the purposes of direct marketing.
We maintain personal data as required by the terms of our license and by applicable laws. At the time of writing, the current retention period for personal data processed by EasyGate is ten years. Should that change, this privacy notice will be updated to reflect those changes.
Stanleybet takes the security of your information very seriously. When Stanleybet is processing your data, we have numerous technical and organisational measures in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your information, such as passwords and firewalls. We cannot, however, guarantee that these measures are, or will remain, adequate. We will use all reasonable endeavours to protect the integrity and security of the personal information we collect about you.
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
· The right to be informed about how your personal data is being used.
· The right to access a copy of the personal data that Stanleybet holds about you.
· The right to request a correction of inaccurate personal data that Stanleybet may hold about you.
· The right to request the erasure of your personal data (under certain, limited circumstances).
· The right to restrict processing of your personal data (in some circumstances).
· The right to object to the processing of your personal data.
· The right to data portability (transferring elements of your personal data to you, or to another service provider).
· The right to object to automated decision-making using your personal data, under certain circumstances.
